Posted by On March 25, EPA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers jointly released a proposed rule to clarify protection under the Clean Water Act for streams and wetlands that form the foundation of the nation’s water resources. On April 21, a 91 day public comment period opened on the proposed rule. People can submit comments on the proposed rule online, through email, regular mail or by courier until July 21, 2014.
