Posted by The Adirondack Research Consortium's 16th Annual Conference on the Adirondacks is rapidly approaching, May 20-21, 2009 at the High Peaks Resort in Lake Placid. We have a very strong program this year. In addition to the community segment featuring development issues in the Adirondack Park and the Adirondack Assessment project, we are devoting blocks of time to sustainable forestry, including a forest management bus tour, and an energy future segment with Bob Catell, CEO U.S. of National Grid.
