Posted by This year’s recipient for the highest achievement award from the North American Lake Management Society went to Tom Conry. Tom currently is the Water Quality Administrator for the Waco Water Utility Services for the City of Waco, Texas. He served as the 1998 NALMS president and later in 2006 rejoined the NALMS board and executive committee as the Secretary.
