LakeStewardship.org was established in 2006 and was created and is maintained by Michael R. Martin, CLM, Senior Environmental Scientist at Suozzo, Doty & Associates. Michael R. Martin, past-president of the North American Lake Management Society and a NALMS Certified Lake Manager, has over 40 years of experience throughout New England, the Northeast, the Adirondacks and Mid-West diagnosing water quality issues, delineating and restoring wetlands, conducting environmental monitoring and developing holistic water quality and aquatic plant management plans for municipalities, water suppliers, lake associations, and government agencies.
